This policy reflects Deductly's current feature set, including business workspaces, expenses, subscriptions, receipts, collaborators, and accountant exports.
Deductly is a workspace-based bookkeeping app for tracking business expenses, subscriptions, receipts, and collaborator activity across one or more businesses.
This document describes the privacy and service terms for the current Deductly build.
We collect the account details you provide to create and sign in to Deductly, including your email address, display name, and authentication metadata.
We also collect workspace data you enter or upload, such as business names, legal names, expenses, subscriptions, receipts, business-purpose notes, collaborator invitations, and export-ready reporting details.
We use your data to operate Deductly, sync your workspaces across devices, support collaborator access, generate exports, and maintain account security.
We may also use limited product analytics and diagnostic information to improve performance, fix bugs, and understand which features are being used.
Workspace data remains associated with your account until you remove it, delete a workspace, or otherwise request that it be deleted through the product or support process.
